Hello and welcome to Harding University’s Center for Organizational Leadership. The Center for Organizational Leadership — housed within the Cannon-Clary College of Education — is dedicated to training effective leaders in any field, from education to business, ministry, military and more.

Our flagship program, the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, is an interdisciplinary master’s degree specifically designed to build our students into people who can inspire themselves and others to succeed. This online master’s degree includes classes in effective communication, strategic planning, conflict resolution, team development, organizational effectiveness analyzation and more.
